
 Samsung shows off new 13.3-inch displays that outnumber Apple’s MacBook Pro Retina Display   
     Samsung seems like readying itself to hit Apple even in the PC category
 too. The company has revealed a new 13.3-inch display panel offering 
3200×1800 pixels resolution for ultrabooks at the Display Week 2013. 
With this resolution, it offers much higher pixel density than Apple’s 
MacBook Pro 13 (2560×1600 pixels) and MacBook Pro 15 (2880×1800 pixels) Retina Display models.
Samsung is also unveiling an all new HD AMOLED display to resolve the power consumption issues in the mobiles by reducing the battery usage by up to 25 percent than consume by the current version. It is also expected to unveil a low-cost 23-inch touchscreen with multi-touch interface, according to a report on Slashgear.
     On TV front, the
 Korean company is showcasing 55-inch and 65-inch models of its Ultra HD
 TV displays, which are the smaller variants of the 85-inch and the 
110-inch UHD TV display in the S series of panels launched at the CES 
this year.
