Chateaubriand


Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of beef tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 can sugar peas
- 1/2 can mushrooms, sauteed in butter
- 1/2 kilogram sliced potatoes, fried in butter
- 1/2 pound butter, in chunks
- salt
- maggi sauce
- pepper

Procedures:
1. Season beef with salt, maggi sauce and pepper.
2. Grill both sides until medium done.
3. Slice, transfer to a platter.
4. Dot with chunks of butter over hot meat.
5. Serve with buttered green beans, carrots and potatoes.
