      We have all heard the saying, "Laughter is the best medicine." Thinking that laughter as medicine is very interesting to all of us. 

     Researches show that laughter has lots of benefits. Health benefits. Here are some.

     Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. It relaxes the whole body, protects the heart and boosts the immune system. Protects the heart? Laughter improves the functions of blood vessels which can help you in avoiding any cardiovascular diseases. Laughter brings you away from anger, depression, guilt, sadness, frustration, envy and other negative emotions. 

     So, since I love basketball and I'm bored, I just watched videos from youtube and saw this one. I hope you'll enjoy it.

     What is Physics?
      Physics is the branch of science concerned with the nature and properties of matter and energy. Physics is the study of matter and energy and how they interact with each other. 
     Physics is not that easy. It's not only about memorizing its theories. It's not only about knowing its concepts. It's not only about listening to your professor as he discussed Physics and get a passing score in his exam. It is about relating its concepts to our daily life and understand why that object works, why it falls, why it generates electricity, why those objects move and many more. 
     There is Physics in our everyday life. From the moment we woke up to the time we go to bed, there is Physics. Our activities involve Physics. When we cook our food, wash the dishes, iron our clothes, and listen to the radio,we make use the principles of Physics.
     Physics is interesting because it works. It seems pretty but, it is so difficult to understand.

     Did you know that the best angle in shooting is 45 degrees plus half the angle from the top of the player's hand to the basket? That's Physics. Projectile Motion, specifically.

     Have you ever wondered why a one-peso coin sinks in water quickly but a large ferry boat floats? Or a helium-filled balloon rises in the air but a basketball does not? That's Physics. Density, specifically. Objects float or sink because of their density and not because of their weight. Objects that are denser in the fluids will sink but those that are less dense will float.

     Have you ever experienced the difficulty of opening a tight bottle cap? You probably know that you can easily open it by putting it in a hot water. Why do you think so? Its because the metal cap expands a little. As the thermal energy of the substance increases, its particles spread out and the substance expands.

     Since hotness can cause an object to expand, did you ever think how highways and sidewalks are build for it not to crack during expansion and also for our safety? Hmm. On a hot day, concrete runway sections expand and can cause cracking. To avoid this, small gaps between sections are filled with squashy bitumen, and in the same manner, gaps between section of highways are filled with tar. So highways and sidewalks are not just build. Gaps are put between for thermal expansion. That's Physics. Thermal Expansion, specifically.

     This song is about waiting for someone who'll be the one for you. Someone, who will love you just the way you are. Someone, who will accept all your imperfections. And someone, who will always understand you. But fear  has kept you from falling in love because of worries that you'll just get hurt. Doubt makes you wonder if it will be possible, will it ever happen? Loving someone is not easy. It can be painful but you have to endure it all.
